hotel policy
General Policy:
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Kids up to 5 years old free of charge together with 1 or 2 adult in double room.
- Baby cot in room free of charge
- Breakfast time: 8 – 10 am
Rate Information:
Rates are in euro (€) and include Greek breakfast with organic & local products and all applicable taxes.
Payment Policy:
30% of the total amount of the reservation needed. This amount is kept as a deposit and is refunded in case of early cancellation.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation 30 days before arrival the deposit is paid back to the customer. Any cancellation less than 30 days before arrival the full deposit is charged. In case of cancellation during the stay, a 50% compensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable by the customer.

rental policy
Kitesurf rentals:
- Kite Equipment Rentals are available to kitesurfers with IKO Level 3 or equal.
- The rental period will start at the time at which the equipment is signed out to the kitesurfer until the time it is checked back into the school.
- Insurance against equipment damages is not available and the kitesurfer who rented the equipment will be liable for repair or replacement cost.
- Kites must not be left inflated and unused for periods greater than 15 minutes to prevent sun damage. If your break is more than 20 min you should pack your kite.
- No kite equipment will be rented to persons wishing to teach others.
- The equipment can be used only from the person who is renting it.
- The rescue boat is exactly that and is for emergencies only.
- Flisvos Kite Centre is not liable for any legal charges against kiteboarders that are renting material (from Port Police for example)
- All kiteboarders are responsible for wearing a leash, helmet, life jacket and carrying a pocket knife.
There is no refund at any case for unused kitesurfing rental time.
